A 2-pack, high solids, fast curing epoxy coating pigmented with micaceous iron oxide (MIO). Low solvent content according to Protective Coatings Directive of German Paint Industry Association (VdL-RL 04).
Application at low temperatures
Excellent adhesion to hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc spraying, stainless steel and aluminium
Very good corrosion protection properties
High film thickness up to 120 μm per coat
Largely resistant to shock and impact
Can be used as an intermediate coat in combination with Zinc Clad® or Macropoxy® high performance primers and Acrolon® topcoats. Also recommended as a primer for hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Grey metallic ap. DB 701 Grey metallic ap. DB 702, material no. 697.12; Grey metallic ap. DB 703, material no. 697.13; Green metallic ap. DB 601, material no. 697.14; White Slight colour deviations are possible due to raw material characteristics.
A two component material supplied in separate containers to be mixed prior to use: 28.5 kg (17.8 litre) unit when mixed Volume will vary with colours and density.
