A 2-pack high solids epoxy coating pigmented with micaceous iron oxide (MIO). Low solvent content according to Protective Coatings Directive of German Paint Industry Association (VdL-RL 04).
Excellent adhesion to steel, galvanizing, stainless steel and aluminium
Wide range of dry film thicknesses per coat from 80 - 200 μm
Very short overcoating intervals
Highly resistant to transport and assembly stresses
Can be used as a primer or intermediate coat in combination with Zinc Clad® or Macropoxy® high performance primers and Acrolon® topcoats. Also recommended as a primer coat for steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Grey metallic ap. DB 702, material no. 694.12; Grey metallic ap. DB 703, material no. 694.13; Green metallic ap. DB 601, material no. 694.14; Black Slight colour deviations are possible due to raw material characteristics.
A two component material supplied in separate containers to be mixed prior to use: 30 kg (16.6 litre) unit when mixed Volume will vary with colours and density.
