A highly resistant, economical 2-pack modified epoxy coating, MIO-free. Low solvent content according to Protective Coatings Directive of German Paint Industry Association (VdL-RL 04).
High film thickness up to 150 μm per coat
Excellent adhesion on hot-dip galvanized surfaces
Good resistance to shock and impact
Very economical due to high volume solids and low solvent content
Can be used as a durable, easily applied high build system for steel and hot-dip galvanized surfaces for strong corrosive exposure, e. g. pipelines, containers, industrial and harbour installations, sewage treatment plant etc.
RAL-colour shades and approx. DB-colour shades black, material no. 681.11; black-red, material no. 681.12 RAL 7032, material no. 681.94; RAL 9002; material no. 681.97 Macropoxy® Poxicolor contains no MIO in DB colour shades. Slight colour deviations are possible due to raw material characteristics.
A two component material supplied in separate containers to be mixed prior to use: 28 kg (17.5 litre) and 14 kg (8.7 l ) units when mixed Volume will vary with colours and density.
